Geographic location and activities

The house being situated in the centre of Mer (6500 inhabitants) in Loir-et-Cher, is accessible by motorway A10 (5 mn) and station (5 mn) and is ideally placed on the route «La Loire à Vélo», for the castles of the Loire (Chambord, Blois, Amboise, Talcy, Cheverny, Beauregard), Beauval zoo (40 km), the gardens of Chaumont (30 km), Orléans (30 km) and the gateway to the Sologne

Other activities within easy reach to enhance your stay include principally

Outdoor swimming pool near the gîte (200 m)
